I want to buy an Mercer 1000watt invertor with 1 lithuin 50 ah battery. Will my 400watt total power from computers and screens last for 4 hours?

A 50 amp hour battery is only going to power 400 watts for approximately 1.5 hours so you would need to either have a larger battery bank or a way to recharge the battery. For a larger battery bank you'd really need something around 150-200 amp hours like the # PS64FR. This is pretty expensive so probably not the route you'd want to take just to power some computers.
Recharging the battery would require either a generator or solar power, with the generator being the more reliable and cost effective option. To be honest an inverter generator like # 289-SUA2000i would be the easiest/cost effective way to power your computers/screens and is designed to be safe for sensitive electronics.
If you do go with the Mercer inverter you'll want to ensure that it's Pure Sine Wave, like the # 34279948, so that it's safe for your computers/screens.
