The Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # C31089 uses the same mounting locations as a front mounted snow plow so unfortunately not.

If you'd like to be able to utilize the snow plow when needed but also use the receiver for other applications then I recommend checking out the Detail K2 Elite Snowplow for 2" Hitches - 88" Wide x 26" Tall # K2AVAL8826ELT since it installs with a hitch receiver instead of a specific mounting kit.
