The Replacement Flat Lid for Dometic Fan-Tastic Roof Vent - Smoke # DMC66FR is only confirmed to fit the FV1250 so instead I recommend part # A10-3376, which has side mounting brackets that make it compatible with most RV roof vents.
Dometic recently purchased Fan-Tastic and has been phasing out older models from before their takeover so there's likely going to be a lot of obsolete vents out there with no exact replacement parts until everything is swapped out with the newer Dometic branded equipment.
