The ladder rack I recommend using on your 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 6-1/2' bed with the BAKFlip F1 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK772131 is the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A45DJ.

This rack installs using the stake pockets so it's one of a few that works with a tonneau cover, and then the uprights are adjustable along the rails to accommodate different load lengths as necessary. It also sits tall enough and square enough that you can open up your cover without having to adjust the uprights back and forth.

Attached are review videos for both the tonneau cover and the ladder rack. In the video of the ladder rack we demonstrate opening up a folding cover without having to adjust anything.
