Hi, can you tell me if this is the right license plate fastener for my 2003 PT Cruiser? Old plate stolen, along with fasteners. Thanks.

The Locking Fasteners For License Plates and Frames, # CR81200, is not a vehicle specific item, but it was designed for US domestic vehicles and motorcycles, so you should have no problem using this on your 2003 PT Cruiser.
These screws included with this kit have the standard diameter for license plate screws used in the USA.
