I went ahead and checked, and there actually is not a fit kit available for your 2016 Land Rover LR4 and the Inno Dual Angle Ski and Snowboard Carrier # INTX726, unfortunately.
Instead, I recommend checking out the Inno Gravity Ski and Snowboard Carrier # INA951.
