The Air Lift Air Shock Controller Compressor System for Air Shock Absorbers # AL25804 has a 160psi rating so it would be more than capable of airing up a tire, but the connectors are different than what would be needed to connect to a tire valve stem.
To air up a tire on the go you would want to use a tire inflator like the Viair TLC PLUS Portable Air Compressor # VA67WR. I've attached a short video below where AJ will review the compressor and walk you through usage.
