The Leer Hard Tonneau Cover # LE69VR for your 2023 Nissan Titan's 5-1/2' bed weighs 74lbs. Due to the size of the cover it will be easier to guide the cover off with 2 people especially if you are working in a tight garage. At only 74lbs it is capable of supporting up to 450lbs on the cover when evenly distributed across the panels.
You should consider keeping a Cargo Retriever # A50710 in your truck. This will pair with the Access Storage Pockets # A60070 to act as a load stop. But is very helpful in retrieving objects that have slid to the front of the bed without crawling under the cover or folding it up to retrieve.
