I recommend installing the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e79KR on your 2019 Lincoln MKC for use with the Yakima EXO Swing Away 2-Bike Rack # Y92VR. It has a matte black finish that not only looks more rugged but actually offers better protection against road debris than the glossy black finish we see on the other hitches for your vehicle.

The EXO system is an excellent option because it's not only an excellent bike rack but it also gives you the ability to add the TopShelf # Y94VR so you can add other things to the mix like the GearWarrior # Y37VR.

If you plan on loading up fairly often you might consider installing the License Plate and Tail Light Relocation Kit # Y74VR to help keep your whole rig visible in low light situations. Should you choose to add the light kit you'll also want to install the T-One Wiring # 118284 so you can power the lights.
