Last year, I got the euro bars for my 2017 Ford C-Max. Id like to reduce the wind noise, but I cant seem to find one that fits the square euro bars only the vortex ones. Is there a solution?

The 44" Rhino-Rack Fairing for Roof Racks # RRRF3 is what you need for the Euro-Style roof rack on your 2017 Ford C-Max. The clamps do look like they are designed better for aero-style crossbars but the clamps will fit round, square, and aero crossbars styles without any issues.
If you're interested in a different mount style I recommend checking out the Yakima WindShield Fairing for Roof Racks # Y05018 which secures using a strap-type system as opposed to clamps.
