I need the width of bolts on rear where it mounts to bracket..

The Wesbar Submersible Low Profile Trailer Light, # 403026, uses bolts that require a 1/4 inch diameter hole to mount. The distance between the mounting holes is 4 inches on center and the bolts are 1 inch long.
