As long as your 2010 Lincoln Navigator has a 2" hitch receiver the Flint Hill Goods Square LED Brake Light Hitch Cover # FHG72VR will fit.

If you don't already have a 4-Way flat connector (or yours is damaged) then you also need the Hopkins 4-Way Wiring # HM11140495 if you don't have the factory tow package or you need the Hopkins # 41155 if you do have the factory tow package.
