I have a solution to add a hitch to your 2001 Ford E-350 but item # 41947 won't fit. Instead you will want the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Cast Center item # 41945. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your E-350 Ecoline van with included hardware.
If you do not have trailer wiring the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # 118344 is custom fit and will control your trailer's lighting functions.
