Question:

2021 Ford F-350 S/B 4X4. What is the distance between rails when installed? I have a tool box that sets below truck bed rails but concerned if the lid will be able to pass through the tonneau rails when opening it.

The Leer Soft Tonneau Cover part # LE96VR for a 2021 Ford F-350 with 6-3/4' Bed has side rails that sit inside the bed a few inches on each side so if you have a chest style toolbox it may interfere not allowing you to open the lid all the way. Instead, I recommend the Bestop EZ Fold Folding Tonneau Cover part # B1622201 which has a frameless design so you don't have to worry about side rails. It's also going to be easier to open the bed up with a folding cover when compared to a rolling cover.

I spoke to Leer but they did not unfortunately have the width of the side rails.
