The Hopkins Backup Alert, part # HM20100VA, is not a universal fit, but does work on vehicles that use the 1156 bulb as a backup bulb. This replaces the backup bulb on the vehicle. When the car is put in reverse, the 12V halogen bulb lights up and the base emits a beeping sound, which will alert anyone behind the vehicle.

Another backup alert we carry is part # HM20101VA. This would replace 3156 bulbs, and has the same functions as the HM20100VA.

You will want to consult your owners manual or dealership to make sure these are a suitable replacement for your backup bulbs.
