Question:
Would this be a good choice for the 275/65-20 tires on my F350 service body truck? Or would you recommend something larger? Is a tank necessary, or just the compressor? Thanks for your assistance.

Since you have a service body truck, I recommend the Viair TLC BOOST XL Heavy-Duty Air Compressor item # VA97WR. You're going to want the tank and the larger compressor. This heavy duty compressor charges the 2 gallon tank to 150 psi in just 2-1/2 minutes. This gives it the ability to inflate tires up to 33".
This compressor can be hard mounted to your F-350 with included mounting kit and wired directly to your battery. This kit also includes a 30' hose, a blow gun, and a inflation tool with a pressure gauge.
The Viair TLC PLUS Portable Air Compressor item # VA67WR you were looking at is mainly for light duty work like bike and car tires. It is powered by clamps that attach to your battery terminals.
