For your 2021 Ram 2500 you will want the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Bracket Kit item # C16427. These brackets mount in pre drilled holes on your trucks frame. They will provide mounting points for industry standard 5th wheel rails. These brackets should be used with Curt rails.
