The Aries Round Nerf Bars # AA204037-2 are designed to fit the 1978 GMC C/K Series with a regular cab. As long as your Sierra has the regular cab these will fit your truck. If you have the crew or extended cab there are no nerf bars that will fit so the only option would be side steps like the # CARR124031.
