Just received the motorcycle carrier was wondering what are the torque specs for the assembly hardware that comes with it?

The hardware of the etrailer Motorcycle Carrier w/ Ramp for 2" Hitch # e98873 does not have a torque rating this is because the hardware has nylock bushings in the nuts which prevents them from backing off. So using standard hand tools get the hardware hand tight and you'd be fine.
