I have an ARE camper shell with Yakima tracks, and the Thule 460R footpack, 3101 fit kit and pro evo load bars. Is there a way to increase the clearance between the bars and the top of the shell? For many canoes, the load bars are not high enough to keep the ends of the canoe from hitting the roof of the vehicle. 2nd Question: Is there an accessory for the Pro bars similar to the old Outrigger that was for the square bars?

To get more clearance, you could use a set of Rhino-Rack Crossbar Pads w/ Tie-Downs # RRRWP03 with your Thule load bars.
These crossbar pads will fit round, square, aero, elliptical, and most factory crossbars and measure 21-1/2" long.
Similarly to the Thule Outrigger, you could use the:
-Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist # RR-RUSL.
This load assist bar will mount to your crossbars, measures 35-5/8" retracted, 87-1/8" extended, and has a weight capacity of 132-lbs.
