I would like to carry four bikes on the roof of my vehicles with these attachments. How wide of bars do I need to accept four of these carriers?

When installing multiple roof bike racks like the Rhino Rack Hybrid Roof Bike Rack part # RRRBC050-FB what you will want to do is offset the direction of each bike to maximize bar space but it's not the racks that will be the limiting factor and instead is the bikes dimensions. With that said the 49 inch crossbar Rhino Rack roof rack that fits your 2013 Buick LaCrosse part numbers # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK225 would be long enough to fit 4 bikes and would work great.
