Troubleshooting Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness Ground Wire Not Fitting In 7-Way Connector

Im installing the tek0nsha wiring harness and the white ground wire doesnt seem to fit into the connector

It sounds like you're having trouble fitting the ground wire in the back of the 7-way connector on your T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118291. This is larger than the other wires so you need to make sure you are inserting the wire in the correct spot. See the diagram below. The ground wire fits in the larger hole on the right side marked "B."

There is only one orientation for the wires to fit, and once inserted they will lock in place. It should not require a lot of pressure so if you're inserting the wire in the correct location try rotating it until you get a click.

I have also attached an installation video for your reference. If you start watching at the 8 minute mark you will see where the wires are inserted in the connector along with an explanation of best practices to get it to fit correctly.
