Question:
I have a 2018 Forst River FR3 motorhome that have a spit phase 50 amp service box. I am installing a 3000w single phase inverter charger with automatic transfer switch. I am looking for a Transfer Switch that can run the spit phase service that my RV has. Thank you

If by phase you mean the leg there is no transfer switch that is going to allow you to choose which leg you want to power. An inverter like the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger - 3,000 Watts # 34275013 is going to connect to both the main leg of your panel and the second leg, with only the second leg receiving power from the inverter when running off of the battery.
When connected to shore power the inverter will switch off and allow power to flow through the inverter from the main leg to the secondary leg so you'll need to wire anything you plan on running off of the inverter on the second leg. If your inverter has an automatic transfer switch like the # 34275013 does then you won't have to do anything when swapping back and forth from shore to battery power.
