The best power inverter for your 2002 Toyota Tundra is going to be the Power Inverter 1000 Watts with Three AC Receptacles item # WC3720. This inverter has a 1000 watts continuous power and 2500 watts of surge power. It will provide you with 3 AC outlets and 2 USB outlets. I have linked a review video below of one of our shop guys using an angle grinder that is powered by this inverter.
You will want the Pollak Circuit Breaker - 100 Amp item # PK54871PL and a couple of ring terminals item # SWC57048 to complete your installation.
