I need a center cap for a 5 lug 15inch aluminum wheel, like the ones pictured.

The closest match to your current center caps would be our Americana Trailer Wheel Center Cap # AM90091. It's a fit for 5 lug 15" wheel and has a 3.19" pilot hole. The design on the center of the cap is slightly different since it's a different brand than your current caps but will still provide a much nicer look for your trailer wheels.
