Question:
My measurement is 25 feet from nose to spare tire. Is this #290-64843 the correct size? If excess length does it just draw tight? I live in a high wind area, will there be flapping?

For a 25 foot long travel trailer like you have the Adco RV Cover part # AD77ZR is a confirmed fit and would work great. The excess length would just tie up like you mentioned and there would be no flapping as all the excess would get cinched up. This cover has the easiest install, the best protection, and has zipper access panels on the side of it as well.
