Question:

Do you know what the height would be off the ground of the receiver after install on an XT4? Or, do I need to wait to see after the install considering tire height differences etc.? Ill only be using the hitch on a single trailer, and Id like to save some coin as opposed to getting the recommended item that comes with the two s for 2inch , 4inch or 1inch inch rise and 3inch rise. Im guessing Im going to need to .

I went ahead and checked out the:

-Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76266, and was able to find a hitch height of 18".

Additionally, if you need help finding the correct rise/drop for your application, I'd be happy to assist.

All you're going to need to do is measure the distance from the ground to the top of the receiver, then from the ground the bottom of the trailer coupler, and subtract the two measurements. The difference is the rise/drop you need.

For instance, if you measured 10" to the receiver and 6" to the coupler, you'd need a drop of 4" # C45332.

Finally, for a wiring kit, you'll need something like # 118795. This wiring harness plugs directly into your factory harness on your 2020 Cadillac XT4, and will provide a 4-way flat trailer connector at the back of your vehicle to power your trailer's signal lights.
