Question:
This vehicle does not have crossbars. Will this luggage rack fit this model...If not do you have a suggestion about another?

The best option I can recommend for you is the Cargo Bag # RL100S30. This cargo bag can be used on any style of roof. From full roof racks with crossbars to completely naked roofs.
The SportRack Vista XL Cargo Box # SR7018 that you referenced will require cross bars, and since your vehicle does not have cross bars and we do not sell a roof rack for your vehicle that would give you cross bars I cannot recommend you attempt to use this cargo box.
