There are three different Exposed Rack roof rack fits for your 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited like you noticed with the differences being that # ER57FR has the top click-in holes for mounting accessories and the other black option # ER54FR does not. The # ER79FR is the red version that does have the click-in holes.
