Can a Trailer Hitch Receiver For a 2021 Lexus RX 450h Fit on a 2022?

Question:
I have a 2022 Lexus Rx 450h and I would like to add a rear 2 hitch. I am having a hard time finding one. Will a 2021 fit? Thanks

We did have someone install the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75540 on their 2022 Lexus RX 450h. While they did make it fit it did require them to do some additional trimming on the plastic shrouds under the vehicle and the exhaust was also positioned to hang lower on the vehicle exposing it more rather than being hidden in the rear shroud. Currently no one has a custom fit receiver that is will fit correctly on your 2022 without the above issues.
