Fogatti Tankless RV Water Heater Error Code One Troubleshooting

Question:
Just installed the unit and everything was done as instructed. When you turn on the unit it beeps once then the number 1 pops up on the display. Checked the water pressure and the propane is flowing but when I turn on the hot water faucets nothing happens, not even a sound. The ignition doesn’t ever try to click on. What can be the cause and how do I fix it?

The E1 error code you are getting on your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater # LSB44FR means that their is an ignition failure situation.
Typically this is caused by the propane supply so make sure your tank has propane in it, and that it is turned on. If your propane supply is good then you will need to have a technician check that your regulator is putting out at least 11" WC.
