Yes, if your 2002 Lincoln Navigator has a 7-Way connector at the rear of the vehicle then the 7 Pole to 6 Pole and 4 Pole Adapter with Cover, item # 37575, will work, and will provide electric brake controller output from the center pin of the 6-Way connector.
