While the Inno Fork Lock Roof Bike Rack # INXA391 attches to most crossbars with top channels, we cannot confirm with absolute certainty whether the channels on the Rola Roof Rack 59970 are compatible. This is because we do not have the specs available for the crossbars and we do not carry that specific product to take a measurement.

However, for a more definite route, I recommend using the Inno Fork Lock III # INA391. This rack attaches with clamps instead of T-channel mounts, so you do not have to worry about dealing with compatibility of the T-slots. In order for the # INA391 to clamp around the Rola Roof Rack, the crossbars cannot exceed 3-1/2" wide x 1-1/8" tall. If you have the rack available on-hand, I recommend measuring the crossbars to make sure they fit within this requirement. If the bars happen to be taller, you can use the long bolt kit # INISF725 for a height up to 2" tall.
