Question:
Hey Jon, Do you know of an add-on that I can buy that'll give me pulsed power to Halogen headlight bulbs? Reason I ask is b/c I converted an OEM HID to Halogen, but the bulbs are getting way too hot and frying the connector. The auto manufacturers use pulsed power with Halogens. So I just want to find someone who sells them, or else find someone who has a schematic of a known good add-on that I can make myself. Cheers

As long as it's an H4 LED bulb I see no reason why you couldn't use the wiring part of the H4 LED Headlight Bulbs with Anti-Flicker Harness # ARC34VR for your 2001 Toyota 4Runner.
If you wanted to get just the base without the H4 LED bulbs you can do so with part # ARC76FR.
