There is no mention of the span of the coupler lock this coupler requires. The 1/2inch DeadBolt model was pictured in associated products - is that the correct size? Also, is it a 1/4 inch pin hole? Thank you

The pin hole is 1/4 inch which is a standard size for most trailer couplers. You can use lock # 605DAT which is designed for 1-7/8 and 2 inch couplers. I have included a link to a video review of this lock for you.
