It sounds to me like your Atwood Air Command Rooftop RV Air Conditioner w/ Heat Pump # AT15028-22 could have a low refrigerant level. I recommend having a certified technician check your system to ensure that it's properly filled. You can also check the filters to ensure they aren't clogged up.
