According to my research you should be able to use any roof cargo box size on your 2012 Volvo XC60. This can vary a little depending on what roof rack you have on your vehicle but you can easily verify a box will fit by measuring from the front edge of your forwardmost crossbar to the line on the roof where the roof and the hatch meet, then compare this to the box you're looking at.
For example, the Thule Force XT XXL # TH6359B will fit if that measurement is at least 54-3/4". If it's less than that we need to go with a smaller box.
