Whom it may concern, Im looking to install a set with cross-bars to a 2013 VW Jetta S to carry a kayak No kayak rack needed. Could anyone, please, help out? Best regards

If your 2013 Jetta is a SportWagen model with the roof rails, the Rhino-Rack # JA7954 you'd looked at would be a fit. The linked video shows a typical installation.
If you have the Jetta sedan, it won't have the roof rails on top, and a Stealth Bar rack like the # JA7954 wouldn't fit, as they wouldn't have anything to attach to. For the Jetta Sedan, a similar rack is available as part # RR73MR. The rack would install as shown in the linked video.
