The plugin for the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 and the Adapter # 3032-P on your 2009 Kia Borrego is located by the emergency brake pedal. You must have the factory tow package to have this connector. It is possible that the connector may be lower on your vehicle than the one in the image below so you may need to feel around for the connector or remove the kick panel to find the connector.
