To determine if the box will fit your 2010 Honda CR-V with factory roof rack you will need to take a couple of measurements. The SportRack Vista cargo box, # SR7018, will fit a center to center crossbar spread of 23-5/8, 25-7/8, 27-7/8, and 29-7/8 inches.
