Rhino Rack has a similar StealthBar roof rack that fits your 2021 Jeep Cherokee with raised rails with the part # JA7972 but the roof rack you mentioned does not fit as it's only for the Grand Cherokees.
If instead you had a naked roof you'd want the ROC25 part # RR52QR for a similar flush bar style roof rack.
