What Does DF Code of Everchill Refrigerator Indicate

Question:
Trying to troubleshoot this error on my Everchill 16 cu ft French door freezer #WAY44FR. Freezer temp display flashes df code and freezer light does not work. Fridge and freezer get cold. If I disconnect the battery and reconnect it, the light and temp display works for 45 minutes then goes back to flashing df code on freezer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The DF code that an Everchill fridge part # WAY44FR would show indicates that the power source for the fridge can't provide enough amperage for it to operate properly. So you might check to make sure your battery is in good condition.
