Rhino Rack Roof Rack Clearance For a 2014 Acura MDX To Carry a Thule Motion Rooftop Cargo Box

Hello, I am looking to buy the above kit but I cant seem to find the front clearance measurement from the front cross bar to where the roof meets the hatch. Id like to know that measurement so I can buy a cargo box at the same time. Thanks.

Here is the information that I can give you about the Rhino-Rack Roof Rack Crossbars # RRVA137B-2, Legs # RRRLKVA and Fit Kit # DK400 for your 2014 Acura MDX. The front crossbar is mounted 3-15/16" on center from the seam where the front door meets the rear door. If you can measure from the center of the door seam back to where your roof meets your rear hatch this measurement plus the 3-15/16" will give you your rear hatch measurement. Your crossbars will be spread 29-17/32" on center.

Be sure to carry a Telesteps Folding Step Stool # TE97FR as it will make it much easier to access the cargo box.
