Hi can the basic rhino crossbar setup for a f250 hold a roof tent. Approx weight while moving 75/100lbs. Loaded but stationary 400+-. Part #s are RRVA150B-2,RRRLKVA,DK189 Thanks

Yes, the Rhino Rack roof rack part numbers # RRVA150B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK189 that you referenced will do a great job carrying a roof top tent and has the needed capacity when transported and in use. This has a dynamic (on the road where there's bumps) weight capacity of 165 lbs which is the minimum of basically all roof top tents.
You would want to check with the roof tent manufacturer to verify that it can be used on vehicles with naked roof style roof racks.
