For your 1994 Toyota Tercel you're probably looking at the SportRack Semi-Custom Roof Rack # SR1003 or the Thule Square Bar Roof Rack. I recommend the Thule over the SportRack because the Thule fits much better because it's designed to fit specifically with your vehicle while the SportRack is more of a "one size fits all" sort of approach. The parts you'll need for your Tercel are the following:
47" SquareBar Evo Crossbars - # TH712200
Rapid Gutter Feet - # TH65BJ
Lock Core Kit - # TH450400 (optional)
If you're needing to carry 2 bikes then I recommend checking out the RockyMounts TieRod # RKY1012 (you'll need 2) which is a fork mount rack that is cost-effective but still a solid choice. If by chance you meant you have a tandem bike then the only option that can accommodate your larger bike is the Thule Tandem Roof Mounted Bike Rack # TH558P.
