Will the Skyrise HD tent and two bike holders fit on the top tier of the Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer with SkyRise HD Tent - 3 Person? If so which bike holders should be used?

Yes, two bike racks would easily fit next to the SkyRise tent of the Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer with SkyRise HD Tent # Y08129-3727. You could use the Yakima Frontloader part # Y02103 for the two bikes. Or if you prefer a fork mount the HighSpeed part # Y02115 would work great too.
