Troubleshooting Everchill Fridge Not Working At All

Question:

I bought an everchill rv refrigerator with freezer 324-00019 on Aug 8 2021 from your company. We just started our camp season for the year and it is not working. I do believe it has a 1 year warranty and I was wondering what I need to do to have it fixed/replaced. I really cannot afford to buy another one.

We have found some of the Everchill RV Refrigerators, like part # 324-000119, do sometimes have some issues but we have found that the issue has to do with the grounding. There should be a ground wire on the back of the fridge. Find it and ground it to the frame of your trailer and that should take care of the problem. If this doesn't fix the issue then let us know as I believe the fridges have a 1-year warranty.
