There are three trailer hitch receiver fits for your 2021 Audi A4 Allroad, one from Curt, and two from Stealth Hitches, which I'll list out for you and then talk about the differences.

- Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # 391AUDA417T
The Curt hitch is a Class I with a 1-1/4" receiver, while the Stealth Hitches are unique in that they allow the receiver to be completely removed so it doesn't look like you have a hitch on at all.
There is an option for the rack receiver - which is to be used with accessories like a bike rack only - or one that comes with the receiver and ball mount, which is the Towing Kit. So if you wanted to tow, that's the option you'd need, but for accessories only you'd use the Rack Receiver. That comes with a 2" receiver, but there is an add-on 1-1/4" receiver you can get with the 1-1/4" Receiver Attachment for Stealth Hitches # 391RR1.
