I need 4 9inch snap pads and 2 12inch snap pads. My front has 12inch legs and the middle and back have 9inch legs. Do you have a kit for this?

Although we do not have a kit that comes with four 9" and two 12" pads you will be able to get what you need. Since you were looking at the SnapPad Jack Pads for round feet I'm assuming you need them for round feet.
We have the SnapPad XTRA Jack Pads for Lippert Leveling Systems w/ 9" Round Jack Feet - Qty 4 # SP54FR4 for your 9" feet. Then, for the 12" feet, you will need two of the Replacement Pad for SnapPad Jack Stand Pad System - 11-1/2" or 12" Round Jack Foot # SP74FR.
