If I am reading your question correctly it appears you are looking for a roof rack for your 2009 Honda Civic so you can install the Rhino-Rack Nautic Roof SUP or Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - Side Loading - Clamp On, part # RR570, to your vehicle.
Your vehicle will need a roof rack. The roof rack I recommend will consist of the following items:
Yakima CoreBar Crossbars - Steel - Black - 60" Long - Qty 2, part # Y00422
BaseLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4, part # Y28TR
BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2, part # Y06148
BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2, part # Y06150
Yakima Same Key System (SKS) Lock Cores (QTY 4), part # Y07204
This roof rack has a weight capacity of 165 lbs. I am a fan of this setup because the Yakima BaseLine towers have two adjustments not found on other roof racks, pitch and toe. It makes their naked roof applications fit more snugly to the roof. The locks were included so you can secure the rack to your vehicle.
I have included product description links, video review links, and a video of a similar roof rack being installed on a Honda Accord below. It helps to see an installation if you plan on doing it yourself.
